We had a fantastic stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and excellent condition of the apartment. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning in all the rooms was a huge plus, especially in the extreme heat. The backyard with the pool, sunbeds, and outdoor furniture made it even more enjoyable for us to relax and have meals. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and the stunning Fig Tree Bay a quick car ride away. The host, Demetris, was extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience, even staying up late to welcome us and allowing us to check out late on our last day due to our flight. We highly recommend this villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Fotini Villas. the villa easily accommodated our group of 6 adults, and it was spacious and comfortable. the villa was air-conditioned throughout, which was a great relief in the Cyprus heat. We loved the private swimming pool and the sunbeds, as well as the shaded area under the passion fruit vines. Dimitri, our host, was very approachable and accommodating. He provided us with information about places of interest, shopping, restaurants, and even organized a complimentary taxi ride back to the airport. We highly recommend Fotini Villas for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cyprus. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

One thing that could have been improved was the cleaning service. As we stayed for two weeks, a mid-stay clean would have been helpful, especially since there was no hoover provided and the floor got dirty quickly with our family.

Private pool was a welcome alternative to the overcrowded beaches. Loved the BBQ facilities, perfect for burning food and setting off the smoke alarm. Free WiFi came in handy to avoid interacting with other guests.

I hate having options, so the well-equipped kitchen was a real inconvenience. Who needs a dishwasher and oven when you can just eat out every day?
